I LOVE STRAWBERRIES. A former co-worker shared her Darrell Lea purchased from Trader Joe's; I loved those too but TJ wouldn't always carry strawberry and I know quite a few locations. As always I go online to trusty AMAZON.COM and I AM back in business. The difference is how they come out of you in the end...sorry to go there...but that is the difference and this version from Amazon leaves no negative effects. I have Darrell Lea Strawberry now and taking them with me to Great America this Saturday. Thanks AMAZON!

I can't say enough nice things about this product. Not to knock Twizzlers in the second sentence of this review, but this is a MUCH more realistic Strawberry flavor in a much more pleasant texture (Though you cannot use them as straws, so Twizzler isn't out of business yet!). I hadn't had "soft-chewing" licorice until I had this product, and I'll never go back. It reminds me of when I ate strawberry fruit by the foot as a kid. I unwrapped it and rolled it back into a big strawberry wad. This is like that, but not fake tasting. I just subscribe to this product... it's cheaper and they send it to me every 3 months. Fantastic product!

These taste so good! I've discovered now my favorite texture in the world. I bought these and my husband hardly got to have any of them because it was my new weakness. I will definitely be buying these again.
The only downside would be that they seemed to be melted together slightly, but nothing a good tug couldn't separate. =)

I love eating strawberry liquorice, laces, and twizzlers. When I happened to find this liquorice I was very surprised by the soft and delicious flavor. There was another brand that I bought the same day and when I tried it minutes after Darrell Lea's, I had to spit it out! If you can find this liquorice, try it... you won't be disappointed! I will never go back to twizzlers.
