This is a good kit but not complete as noted by the other reviewer. Just be aware this is not an instant kit. You need at least 1 hour for marinating seafood and two hours for other meats. Very nice change from the usual hum drum at home meals.

I've prepared chicken satay using this product and both times I served it, the guests raved about it. I added some sweet chili dipping sauce for those that like their satay a bit more spicy. The dressing for the cucumber/carrot/pepper salad was a bit bland and not much is provided in the serving, but it is easy to add other sauce to spice the salad up as well.
